At Trishona, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience by ensuring your orders are dispatched swiftly and packaged with the utmost care. Below are the details of our shipping practices and policies.
1. Shipping Timelines

Dispatch: All prepaid orders are processed and shipped the next business day.

Domestic Delivery: * Standard Items: Usually delivered within 5–6 working days from the date of dispatch.

Customized Items: Usually delivered within 5–9 working days from the date of dispatch.

Schedule: We ship throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
2. Courier Partners & Coverage
To ensure speed and safety, we partner with Delhivery,Shiprocket. In instances where standard courier services do not cover your specific area, we will attempt to ship via Government Registered India Post, though this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Shipping Charges & Taxes

Domestic (India): We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

International: For shipping outside of India, please contact our support team at support@trishona.in for a custom quote.

GST: All displayed prices are inclusive of GST as per Government of India regulations.

Bulk Orders: Shipping for multiple units is calculated based on the total weight and destination.
4. Express Delivery
For major cities, we prioritize all prepaid orders with express shipping, aiming for delivery within 4–5 working days.
Note: In remote locations where door-to-door delivery is not feasible, customers may be requested to collect their parcel from the nearest delivery hub.
5. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives in poor condition or the seal appears tampered with, please refuse the delivery. Immediately contact us at support@trishona.in with your Order ID.

We will arrange a reverse pickup and send a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.

Requirement: The original product tags and packaging must remain intact for the replacement process.
6. Order Cancellations

Window: Cancellation requests must be sent to support@divinetrishona.com within 30 minutes of purchase.

Limitations: Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled. While most sales are final, feel free to reach out and we will try to assist with the best available solution.
7. Returns & Replacements
All sales are final. Products are non-returnable based on personal preference, "look and feel," or minor variations in color shades and transit-related wear to the outer box.

Manufacturing Defects: We provide replacements for products with genuine manufacturing defects.

Evidence Required: You must report the issue with clear images and video proof of the defect, the shipping box, and the labels.

Inspection: Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will issue a replacement.

Important: If no defect is found during our quality check, the customer will be liable for the round-trip courier charges.
