 Returns & Replacements

All sales are final. Products are non-returnable based on personal preference, "look and feel," or minor variations in color shades and transit-related wear to the outer box.

• Manufacturing Defects: We provide replacements for products with genuine manufacturing defects.

• Evidence Required: You must report the issue with clear images and video proof of the defect, the shipping box, and the labels.

• Inspection: Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will issue a replacement.

• Important: If no defect is found during our quality check, the customer will be liable for the round-trip courier charges.
